E-llusions has always been determinedly nonpartisan in its spiritual or religious stance. We have hundreds upon hundreds of readers, and each of us has a path to walk, and our own truth to find. There are some, we know, who are uncomfortable with our policy of total acceptance, feeling that it leads to an implicit approval or legitimacy to other paths which they feel aren't worthy of it. They term our kind of outlook as "pizza pan" religion, a way to try to dish up all the possible flavors and toppings to please everyone.

But they don't understand that the information and thoughts we share are chosen because they are the eternal truths, the ones that we know are true in our heart of hearts regardless of what religion we choose to follow. Be kind. Be aware. Savor the moment. These are practical wisdoms that anyone can appreciate.

As happens with something like E-llusions, circles drift and intersect, paths cross. We come across new and interesting people all the time…or they come across us. Or we come across each other. In any case, the wheels turn, and a point of contact exists where none did before. Something new is created out of nothing. Many times, we run straight to our keyboard to share what we've learned or found with you. Something like what Gloria Wendroff is doing with Heavenletters.

Subtitled, Love Letters From God, Heavenletters has been going out every day for the last three years. That's every day, and we can't imagine the dedication that must demand…E-llusions, as you know, works on a "grueling" (wink) ten-day schedule. Gloria has shared one of her letters with us, and reminds us that even though they're copyrighted, everyone is encouraged to share them as widely as possible (with proper credit, of course).
